1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the swcv1 online gaming platform, accessible at swcv1.net and any associated mobile interfaces. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the swcv1 platform, you indicate your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

swcv1 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. swcv1 performs age and identity verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID card) to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and, where applicable, return of unplayed deposits.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on swcv1 at any given time. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your swcv1 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. swcv1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify swcv1 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. swcv1 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation to protect your funds.

Account registration and use is for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, resale of gaming services, or operation of a swcv1 account on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on swcv1 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. swcv1 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or international wire transfers at this time.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your swcv1 account are credited upon confirmed receipt by the platform's payment processor. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically reflected in your account balance within minutes. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the sending institution's cut-off schedules and may take longer during Philippine public holidays.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by swcv1 subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met);
• swcv1 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding defined thresholds;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the swcv1 account holder;
• Processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

swcv1 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct, pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

swcv1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps arising from bonus winnings.

General bonus conditions applicable to all swcv1 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; unused bonus funds expire upon lapse of the promotional period;
• swcv1 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to require additional wagering where a bonus has been claimed in bad faith;

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied;

swcv1 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering patterns designed to fulfil requirements with minimal risk (e.g., placing offsetting bets), or exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with good faith gameplay.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the swcv1 platform — including live casino games, slots, sports betting, and bingo — operate under their own specific game rules, which are displayed within each game or game category. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets.

swcv1 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for applicable game categories to ensure that outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by any external factor. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on swcv1 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform;
• Collusion with other players to fix or manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes raised in bad faith against legitimate transactions;
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or any other conduct in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA);
• Providing false identity information or submitting forged documents during KYC verification;
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim duplicate bonuses;
• Accessing swcv1 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the swcv1 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, game assets, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the exclusive property of swcv1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the swcv1 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any swcv1 content without our prior written consent.

The swcv1 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of swcv1. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• A self-exclusion request has been received and processed;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct is suspected;
• A regulatory directive or court order requires account closure;
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with our inactive account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, swcv1 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, where such forfeiture is legally permissible and proportionate to the nature of the breach.

Players may voluntarily close their swcv1 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

12 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect access to swcv1. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude swcv1's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law under applicable Philippine legislation.

13 Amendments to Terms

swcv1 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — including changes to wagering requirements, payment policies, or eligibility rules — swcv1 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, either via a notice displayed on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

For minor amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or updates that do not materially alter your rights or obligations), changes may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw any remaining real-money balance before the changes take effect. Continued use of the swcv1 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or any breach thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

The swcv1 platform is regulated in accordance with the framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR regulations form part of the regulatory context within which swcv1 operates and may impose obligations on both the platform and its players.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, the applicable law or regulation shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
